Compares VitalDB, INSPIRE and other perioperative sets, with notes on access and the PyVital tooling. The INSPIRE dataset paper itself describes about 130,000 surgical operations at SNUH from 2011 to 2020, around 50% of the hospital's surgical patients. The review's figure of ~260,000 patients does not match this.
